They are constantly griping at us because we don't keep a big amount in savings.now they have sent us a letter saying that they will close our savings account unless we keep at least $300.00in the account.we aren't financially able to do this

Really poor service, very difficult to get on the phone and uncooperative for anything but the simplest of requests. I would consider using a smaller, more friendly bank or branch. Kept me on hold for 15 minutes after I asked to speak to a manager.

It's a bit difficult to get into and out of, the customer service is ok.

Not a customer BUT cashing a payroll check from there and they must first verify the check by a manager who tries to get you to open an account with them. The kicker is after all that, they charge you $8 to cash a check drawn on a account through them!! WOW!! $8 to cash a check that I worked for!!!!

I don't know how a bank can regularly have 4 people behind a counter and 3 more in cubicles and still fail to help more than 1 customer at a time.
