If seeing office staff don't expect to be seen quickly at all, an don't expect them to notice the order of people coming in. Waiting over 40 minutes to even see someone to set up an account. We were the only people in the lobby, until someone else came in and got seen before us!

Went to set up an account and was told I had to come back another day because someone had an appointment at 4. And it would last until they closed. Called and talked to someone before I went up there and they said I could just walk in to open an account. They are so Inconsiderate.
