I was set up with a mortgage by randy in greenville and his team my situation was i was self employed ,randy ensure i was getting a good rate which i was but instead of using my full down payment he ensured me it was much better to keep my money and put down as little as possible not letting me know that the pmi was a 30 year mandatory once i found this out i call movement mortgage and asked them about this they said they will get back to me never did all that want is you to sign with there company after that your customer service stops there, PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR use another company on my new mortgage im using quicken loan a way better experience then my last one ,company's like this shouldn't get away with this. I plan on reporting this to the Better Business Bureau ,you been warned

Randy is seriously amazing at what he does! We were deadlocked on the home buying process. My husband and I were working with a lender for 3 months who just could not get the deal done. We are both self employed and we had to jump through so many hoops so the sellers were losing their patience. They had to extend our contract 3 times and they told us that if we couldn't get cleared to close in 2 weeks when our contract was up they were going to list the house. Our neighborhood is hot and I knew if that happened we would lose our house! Side note (we already lived in it and had been renting said house for 4 years with 2 babies so we desperately did not want to move!) Not knowing what else to do I turned to The Google. Randy came up on top where he belongs with his 5 star reviews, so I just called him. He answered immediately and he listened to my long disjointed story about my predicament. He gave me really sound advice and what really caught my attention was that he wasn't trying to get my business or steal me from my other lender, he just wanted us to be able to get the house that we call home. I thought about it hard for days, and with my husbands encouragement I decided to give Randy a shot. Part of me (the stupid part) felt horrible for leaving my other lender... I felt bad because he really had worked hard for us, I just think he didn't have as much experience with self employed people and maybe didn't know the difference between "mortgage law" and just a red tape guideline his bank made up that doesn't apply to ever single scenario. Either way... we were at a stand still. Long story short, what took other lender 3 months took Randy Shamburger ONLY 9 DAYS. NINE DAYS!!!! Do yourself a favor and hire him. He's hilarious and nice and patient and professional and he's THE DUDE!!!
