Horrible company. First of all the loans are not traditional installment loans. They are glorified payday loans that are due every time you get paid. That acquire interest daily. (Which they do not tell you) I know that all hard money lenders are usually going to be hard to deal with because they usually loan to people who can’t get a traditional loan because of past credit problems and may be a little harder to collect from but this place is ridiculous. Interest rates are through the roof. About 6 months ago I received a $450 loan from them. Sticking to their payment schedule the cost of the loan would come to $1250. 16 payments of $78 dollars and change. Employees appear to be rude, uninformed and partially uneducated at their job. There are plenty of other hard money lenders in the Greenville area that will treat you better than this company and charge you way less, and harass you less if you have a hiccup on a payment. Use this company as an absolute last resort. I would borrow money from the mob before I go back here.

The interest rate on late payment is ridiculous. I was late and the price went up $20 cause i missed a due date. Definitely not worried about paying the interest! Don't go here, cash wells gave me the same loan and when I'm late there's no jacked up charge in interest.

Wonderful company they helped me when nobody else would. Payments r great as well

Wonderful company just wish they accepted payments over the phone, we moved to Anderson so it's really hard to travel all the way to Greenville sometimes to make payments..

What in the world. I knew the interest rates where jacked up when I got the loan but my last payment. I went in to pay my wife’s loan. Usually the for the $70 payment. $20 -25 goes to principle the other $45-50 gets lost in interest. Horrible rates on a $700 loan I know. Also the payments come on her pay days every two weeks so that means some months she gets paid 3 times and makes 3 payments. So that’s $210 on a $700 dollar loan to only drop the actual balance about $60. Any way I went in to make the payment. The computer where down. That’s understandable things happen. What not understandable is they kept charging interest. Which means when they put the payment in on Monday when the computers where back up (even though we paid on time on Friday) we got hit with the interest for the extra three days as if we were late. So out of a $70 dollar payment $4.58 went to principle and $65.42 went to interest. WTF! We also received a letter from them the same day stating we were late. My wife called about the letter and they said “the letters are computer generated we just mail them out.” That’s mighty strange since your computer where down the day this letter was generated according to the date on the letter. Somethings not right here. I have filed a complaint with the SC department of Consumer Affairs and I suggest all other customers do the same.
