Wells Fargo Bank in Columbia, SC

Service was very poor and we never gotten our issue resolved. Hopefully we can receive better service next time.

One time I waited in here for 2 hours in a teller line to deposit my paycheck and when it comes my turn to get in line, the lady leaves to go work the window and never came back. Never got to deposit my check and the bank manager left early so I couldn't leave a complaint.

Dear Wells Fargo -- When we called to make an urgent appointment with your notary person (Gary Littlejohn), and then he takes clients before us, and then proceeds to be rude to where we were 'standing' while waiting 20 minutes and then telling us the manager could not be a witness to the notary. We are working on a multi-million dollar case and had to go to the court to file a motion. You could have been a decent person and gave us the 5 minutes to make a notary possible. Luckily, God is with us and we made our deadline.

Seriously? This bank's only advantage is that the drive through people are nice. We went in one day to set up a payment plan on line. The banker was less than interested in helping us, gave us false information that tied our funds up for weeks, and gave us the bums rush because she had to leave for lunch. When I went back in to straighten out the situation the bank manager asked me to sit there while he "fixed the problem" , only to find the same issue recurred- again tying our funds up for weeks.... can you please hire helpful, knowledgeable, midlevel management? I am so disgusted I am pulling my accounts.

Personnel I have encountered have been extremely knowledgeable, efficient and have provided great service. They treat you as a valued customer not someone who is disturbing their work.
