Heritage Valley Federal Credit Union Audio Response in York, PA

I have been with this credit union for 6-7 years now. Every time there has been a problem they have always bent over backwards making sure they make things right for us. They've been with us for every time we needed them, and have stood up for us for when we needed backing up on with previous companies. They will do everything in their power to make sure you have good customer service, and I don't even live in Pennsylvania anymore but still bank with them because I know I will get treated right there.

Very very disappointed in this institution. Have used them for YEARS, have recommended friends and family to use them and they ALL have, and they have made a lot of money off of mine and their interest. I have never ever been late on any payments of any kind with them or any other creditor. Recently requested an increase on my current Visa with Heritage and I was "denied" because they felt my debt to income was too great and I "might" not pay them if something were to happen to me even though I always get the protection plans on every loan or credit card....so...I plan on paying off my debt to them as soon as possible, leaving them and I can promise I will encourage all family and friends to do the same nor will I EVER again recommend this Credit Union. I realize this will not bother them due to the fact I am a small fish and they could really care less about my opinion of them as long as they can make as much money as possible on any one else but at least I warned you all.
