I've been a customer of this bank (previously Susquehanna) for about 8 years. I have only entered this branch of BB&T on two occasions, for two completely different reasons... but the staff members both times were SO IMPOLITE AND SPITEFULLY UNHELPFUL toward me. Now I only use the drive-up, which is more convenient anyway (plus I don't have to interact with their ignorant employees). This branch of BB&T is literally two blocks from my home, but next time I have a question or problem, I will call the corporate phone number for help before EVER visiting this location in person again.
