My experience was not a wonderful one. While trying to get approved, we did not meet the guidelines for the company. Which happens, I understand that. I was then told I needed to contact another company and given the number I needed to know why we were turned down. They refused to contact us until we called a few times. When finally getting a call back Joe Jackson was very rude on the phone. He would not let me speak an was raising his voice over mine so I could get a word in. Sadly, I was treated with disrespect when it was not needed. I just needed to know why I was turned down so I could move forward with the other company.
