Lonnie and his team (Special shout out to Missy!) are great. I think I'm on my 4th or 5th transaction with them - 2 home purchases and 2 or 3 re-finances. I'm like a hyper dog constantly checking in with them and they are on top of it. Honestly - the biggest compliment is that during my recent purchase both my Realtor and the seller's Realtor acknowledged that they always had what they needed from the Rate Kings.
