Citadel in West Chester, PA

Inactivity fee? Citadel was taking money out of my account account for years totalling up to thousands of dollars just because my account was inactive. Not recommended. Very unethical.

I have used them for 20 years. Always first class service. Always friendly and usually know me by name.

Great customer service always ready to help you

I just relocated to the area and needed to open a savings account near my new home. I like credit unions better than banks from past experiences. I was welcomed by the staff as soon as I walked in. The building is newer and clean and bright and convenient for me. I was surprised by all the staff working on a Sat. morning and the place was busy. I did not wait at all and was taken care of by Nicole. I couldn't of asked for a nicer person. She was personable and professional. She has an awesome personality and explained everything to me. She was friendly and thorough. What a pleasant experience for me mostly because of Nicole! She is a definite asset to Citadel Credit Union. I am happy to be a customer and certainly made the right decision! I highly recommend!
