Sovereign Bank desperately needs to improve in 4 important areas; 1) Implement Technology Advancements 2) Extend Banking Hours 3) Acquire New Management Training Programs to improve Communication & Leadership skills 4) Provide better Customer Service (District Manager of Villanova, she was super aggressive, very rude, not excepting fault & quick to shift blame on customers, and unhelpful.) Not very excited about the employees at Sovereign banks, especially in this territory! Most likely I will close my accounts.
