Have my account here and the people are friendly! Use the ATM often and it's well-lit at night.

The most unprofessional financial institution I ever encountered. Their technology skills are greatly lacking and their so called manager, Dora, knows nothing. The csr, Karla, is even worse and a complete airhead. Only an unprofessional and an untrained staff member will cut up someone's atm card, with a damaged magnetic strip, before issuing a replacement card. Once the card was cut in half, the card printing machine stopped working leaving us with no access to our funds. We were not offered any kind of a solution except "you'll get your new card in the mail". If you want your funds held prisoner, then go ahead and use them for banking.

This by far the worst credit union around. If your thinking about being a new customer here don't do it, go to Diamond right on the same street. Pay checks take forever to clear, they give me personal checks with the wrong account number on it, they charge fees that any other credit union wouldn't charge. And who ever Steph is she has the worst customer service skills, she was very rude on the phone and She hung on not only me but my boyfriend also.
