First National Bank in Palmyra, PA

Completely horrible, i chose metro because they opened on sundays n made my payroll check available immediately , now i have to wait 2 days and to top it off they are not opened on sundays anymore.im looking for another bank thats willing to accommodate their clients...disappointed

They charge fees like crazy! They had bought out Metro and ever since then, they're fee listings are over 2 pages long and if you don't maintain minimum balance in a checking account, they still charge $7!!!!! Just a regular old checking!

People at this specific branch are great, but since the switch from Metro I feel like I've been screwed more times than my entire time with Metro. Outrageous overdraft fees, horrible and extremely rude customer service from the 1-800 number, I've had nothing but unpleasant experiences with this bank since the "merger". This went from a place with awesome customer service and hours that fit my schedule, to a place that is fueled by greed and expects you to work around THEIR schedule. I don't typically write reviews, but if I can save one person from overdrawing $1 and owing $50, then it's well worth it.

How this bank is even in business with all it's crazy fees/bogus policies is beyond me. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT join this bank if you don't want to end up being screwed out of your hard earned money.

Have seriously had more problems with this bank than any bank I have banked my whole life combined .ever since metro switched this place has been nothing but problems and fees. Including fees that shouldn't have been charged so they had to refund my account. I honestly don't know how this place even stays open. Keep and eye out on fees tho because like I said have had them put on there and when I went to ask they had no clue on refunded immediately yet still not explanation
