It just a title loan services. I wanted to consolidate my debt. I told them how much I owed, I told them what my credit score was at the time it was in the low 700, Springleaf said they could help me, they just had to run my credit, they did a hard credit inquiry on me, which is now on my credit for 2 years, then told me they only loan money for car titles, which they only offer me a 1/4 of the car value. I told them no thank you and went on my way.
