I wud say customer service is outstanding..

I have been very happy with this credit union. I am docking a star because the head teller Kathy is a real pain in my ass. Every person who deposits in my account for me has had issues...for no practical reason. I have weekly checks going to people without an account there, who insist on cashing. They get badgered constantly which just reinforces the reason they don't want an account. This past Saturday I was woken because they refused to cash a check because the 2016 looked like 2010...come on now. I am just trying to do business with the least aggravation possible. I surely could have handled situation better, but hopefully point is made and the silly-ness stops. I highly recommend this credit union!

Every time my wife has visited the lansdale branch, the bank tellers have disrespected and exhibited a condescending attitude toward my wife for the past three years!!! This is just for balance statement requests and making payments on a loan that we pay without lateness. It has got to the point where she will not willfully go into the bank if certain tellers are working. My wife speaks perfect English but has a distinct accent. She has had never had any other problems with our other three banks that we hold accounts with on a continual basis. I don't know if the American Heritage bank tellers have a problem with her originally being born in Chile but this is America and she is a member. Discrimination of race or culture is unacceptable. Please report any other instances of this nature to the branch regional manager and please comment on this post.

I've been with this branch over 3 years, They have excellent customer service. I rarely need to go into the branch but when I do I get reliable care as one would expect out of a bank. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is for the simple fact that I have all my accounts set up with this bank and was led to believe one thing (with an automatic withdrawal set-up) and came to find out another, that they didn't even provide the service. It was just a miscommunication on one person's part and I'm not going to hold the entire bank accountable. All in all I'd say they are a terrific bank and would highly recommend them if u are looking to build your credit rating or are in need of multiple accounts. They won't make you a ton of money but they'll get you on you're way to where you need to go (figuratively speaking)
