My sister and I bought our first investment property back in 2015. We worked with two different agents before working with Jason. We just didn't "click" with our first one for reasons that are unrelated, so we switched to Chase. Do not ever try to get a mortgage from Chase--it was so much of a headache! They wanted a ridiculous amount of paperwork, our agent was subpar at communicating, and it was a disaster overall! Then our realtor introduced us to Jason, and he was fantastic. The process suddenly became much more streamlined and efficient. Best of all, Jason only required half as much paperwork as our Chase agent did. Jason and his team were great at communication, and he treated us with respect. We were first time buyers, so he was patient with us. As a first time buyer, I didn't always know what questions to even ask. Jason took the time to explain things well, and I never felt like I was in the dark or unsure. I even emailed him a few months after the closing because I had a question and he responded within 24 hours. That tells me he didn't forget about me just because the buying process was over. I would highly recommend him and his team. For our next investment property, we're most likely going to call Jason again.
