Cross Valley Federal Credit Union in Forty Fort, PA

I would leave this branch 0 stars if I could. The only good thing about this place is the coin machine but even then members aren't allowed to exchange over $100 per day; if they go over it's at least a 3% charge. I went in to cash my coins yesterday and was informed that my account has been dormant -- they charged me $5/month for six months until my account closed and then DID NOT NOTIFY ME AT ALL. No emails, nothing, for the whole six months my account was dormant. Not only did they steal my money, they didn't even have the decency to inform me. Never use them.

Could care less about you as a customer. Past few years this place is a joke.

So far behind the times, hours not even listed on Google or thier website. Pages has re directed login for the past 2 years. Horrible horrible support!

My experience with them has been nothing but pleasant. Any questions I've had about my account have been answered promptly and thoroughly and the staff have been friendly as well as courteous. They have done a better job than any bank I have ever dealt with. The courtesy pay feature they offer has been helpful on more than one ocassion and my only complaint in almost four years banking with them is that the branch nearest to me has closed.

Terrible Customer Service. The new drive-thru lady is slow as hell, she blantently ignored me for 7 minutes. The ATM machine must be pre 1975 version doesn't even accept deposits. There website is horrible to navigate. The hours are rediculous, they closed once on me because it was supposed to snow (wasnt even flurrying yet). The whole crossvalley experience is just overall terrible. Take your buisness elsewhere
