TD Bank in Doylestown, PA

Left this place for another large bank. When trying to save money, they just nickel and dime you with fees.

Have been with them for over 7 years I love them.

THE WORST BANK EVER! I recently went though a horrible situation with someone giving me a bad check and when i went to go sort it out, the staff was SO RUDE. Not only did they not help AT ALL but to this day this still will not. I had to file police reports and handled everything needed for the situation and they still had nothing helpful to say to me. The customer service was horrible and they made me very upset in the middle of the bank, this was my first time dealing with something like this and it is very scary and frustrating and being so young i thought they would help and try hard with me to get this situation resolved. But they did not, every time i call or go in to the bank now to see the progress or ask question the MANAGER won't even speak with me let alone help me. I am not sure why TD Bank has her as a manger or let's people like that treat their customers with such horrible service, after my family and i have been banking with them for years. I do however have to say I LOVE CORPORATE , they were so nice and helpful and i do intend to call again on behalf of the Doylestown branch being so neglectful and unhelpful.

Fees are absurd. They won't work with you at all, not small account friendly. One of the worst banks out there unless your looking for a bank to slowly take all your money. Manager I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful, when you ask for the head manager they automatically respond with. ..she's on a conference call. ... no offer to have her return a call or anything. ... hmmm convenient? Closing my accounts.
