TruMark Financial Credit Union - Downingtown in Downingtown, PA

Just awful. My mother has been a loyal customer of this credit union for decades. She passed away in September and I have been handling her estate. I needed to close the bank accounts in her name and open an account for the estate, which I planned to do at a different bank. Initially I was told "I don't have to hurry the process" I think in an attempt to keep me from closing the accounts. Then the credit union attempted to hold her checking and savings account hostage until her mortgage was paid. She has a $65,000 mortgage perfectly secured by a house worth 200k. Completely unprofessional and ethically questionable.
