Our representative was very nice and we received a good rate on our refinance. We saved a lot of money on our mortgage payment for the first year. Then we discovered that our escrow costs were not figured correctly and we owed thousands of dollars to the bank who took over our mortgage. If you use this company you better double check all of the figures.

I have worked with Chris Poskin, once for home equity loan, and now to obtain a new mortgage. I could not have asked for better service.
