Outstanding company!

Not good! My agent was Joh Fisher. After sending me the info for the mortgage refinance that I requested, I could not get this guy to call me back to explain the info for the loan. HE initially INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR AN APPRAISAL AND TITLE INSURANCE ONLY. However when he sent the paper work he included an additional $3181.00 into the closing cost. When I tried to reach him for some answers pertaining to this, he did not return my calls. Stay clear of this guy!
