Credit Connection in Carlisle, PA

Hello, thank you all for your reviews. I was just about to puchase a vehicle from them. Glad you guys helped me dodge a bullet.

My mother bought a car from these idiots. They have very poor customer service. At first I heard good things about this place but now, I wish I would not have suggested it to my mother. They did nothing but rip her off! Someone should close that place down or at least get people who really care about the customer to work there. Andy, the sales person is nothing but a con-artist to be selling the cars the way he is. To this day I believe they took fuses out of my mom's car so it wouldn't run correctly! Now the trans just let loose in her car and she hasn't even had it 2 weeks. The lot looks nice but the cars are crap!!

Bad , bad customer service , and the person that is closing today in the Carlisle location is very disrespectful and rude , he told me that I didn't have to call 50 times to make a payment he's a un professional person and it's not the first time he talks to me like this, I hope the company address this , if not you are going to lose a lot of customers , very dissapointed with this place
