The hours are awful. Most people are at work during your hours. You need to realize you are in the service industry and that you need to be more available. Commerce/Metro understood that need.

They have terrible hours, and their customer service is so poor, that they no longer allow customers to use the lobby restrooms, (even though they are right there!), and refuse to allow customers to have access to blank deposit and withdraw slips. Looking for a new bank!

I only ever used my checking with metro to pay a bill once a month so when I changed banks i never put more money in, I just let it go to not deal with the hassle of officially leaving. 2-3 months later I get an overdraft fee for a $2.50 surcharge for an account not in use that I have no card for, I got sent a notice of it after the 4th additional fee added on. Never was I told that this fee was something that this bank did. So my checking was in the negatives and then I get a letter about my savings account that had $0.07 in it, but this time the surcharge fee was only $0.07, so they only stole my money this time, but changed what the fee was so I didn't overdraft. Ridiculous now I owe over $50.00 for an account I had not used in months. If you have an account I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

No way to contact anyone after hours! Not even a corporate office! Horrible Bank! I have a major issues and am locked out of my account and I have no way to get the problem fixed until the morning and no way to access my money! Too many fees, horrible hours, online banking gave someone else complete access and control of my personal account and they were able to turn off my card whenever they wanted to leaving me no access to my personal money!

When they changed from metro they got rid of the nice metro people and hired people with attitudes. They said they were keeping the same hours as metro. Liars. I am in the process of closing my accounts. They sick don't bank thwre
