Please save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. Unprofessional isn t good enough, more like incompetent. The woman we dealt with, I ll just call her Pat, had us resubmit the same documents up three times in two weeks. She actually lost personal information that we had sent by us mail. And on top of that lost the paperwork our homeowners insurance agent sent to her as well. Just didn t seem to be on the ball. Our mortgage was finally approved 2 business days before the scheduled date. That woman nearly gave me a heart attack. Stay away, far far away.

I have worked with Dan and his team at Boulevard Mortgage on a professional level for many years. He is my go to lender. If he can't get it done, it cant be done. I take my business very serious and my clients needs are of the utmost importance and that's why j refer to the Carnation Team at Boulevard Mortgage. On a personal note when it was time to refi and take advantage of those historic low rates. My go to lender again was Boulevard Mortgage and Dan Carnation.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of lousy. I contacted this company after reading the reviews and thought that I would contact Dan to get assistance with applying for a mortgage. I don't know what it is. Does he specialize in only dealing with a select group or what? This man doesn't followup on phone calls, text message, etc. Although this company ran my credit, I will still look for a different mortgage company and would never ever recommend Boulevard Mortgage to anyone. This is ridiculous. Again, maybe i'm not in the group that Dan cares to work with. Thanks for nothing Dan Carnation.
