I don't personally bank there but I've had to work with them on several estates. The staff was always really helpful. If I'd ever switch banks, (not likely) I'd go here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Over the phone customer service wants to push you off to the local branch.... local branch makes you sit in drive thru EVERYTIME! In branch customer service is non existent!! And the ATMS are from 1995!!! Sooo old and the tellers can't even arrange the money the correct way!! DONE WITH FNB FIRST THING IN THE A.M........AFTER THEI COFFEE BREAK OF COURSE!! YOU ARE TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!
