Like others, I found out quickly that FNB does everything they can to maximize THEIR profits. If you deposit funds and make debits, they'll process the debits first to cause an overdraft. Their online banking is absolutely worthless. It's inaccurate and doesn't show the true transaction history or correct chronological order of transactions. They rearrange debits to cause more overdrafts than necessary. For example, let's say you have $100 in your account and you make purchases for; $10, $15, $20 and $105, they process the $105 first to cause the other 3 transactions to be overdrafts as well. If they processed the first 3 first then you would only have one overdraft. Their mobile banking app is a waste of time and a recent update broke it. It doesn't work on a Samsung Galaxy S5 (not that old of a phone!). Their customer service reps are rude and not knowledgeable about their policies. The one I spoke with couldn't explain how they charged the fees. She had me on hold trying to figure out how to spin it and simply couldn't explain how they arrived at the fees they charged. All in all, the worst banking experience I've ever had. I'll be closing my accounts ASAP. Stay away from this bank!
