While working at Precision Castparts i had a positive experience with the credit union. But after moving away i rarely used the account. I started accruing fees from my account being dormant and was unaware of this. I received a call from a lady informing me of this and she was very kind saying i can keep my savings and just cancel my checking account so i don't accrue so many fees. All i would have to do is add to my savings every so often to keep it active. I though great, i can do that. She was mailing me a form in the mail for me to fill out and send back saying i was wanting to cancel my checking. I never received the form so a month later i called back in informing them of this. The lady who answered this time was very rude! And also informed me that they just canceled both my checking and savings earlier this month. I'm very unhappy. I was wanting to keep my savings account and that canceled them both without my permission. I also would never in a million years suggest any woman to work at Precision Castparts. You will be mistreated and they will expect you to put up with it.

Best credit union! I used to bank at us bank and had a horrible experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful I will never bank anywhere else!

Amazing bank! Everybody was knowledgeable and went over and beyond to help me. I've gone to a few banks and no other place has ever treated so kindly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am a car salesman who finds the unethical practices of a loan officer there named Lori, reprehensible. To tell a customer that he only qualifies for a 20k loan when I had an approval for more money so the client could buy the truck he wanted is distressing. Then to direct the client to a different dealer and a different vehicle can only make sense if she is receiving kick backs from that dealer. Either way, I can not recommended PCPCU to clients in the future.

As a dealer, we deal with many different credit unions in the area and this can sometimes create confusion for the client. However, in a recent transaction that I was involved in, Lori made these problems disappear. She was extremely professional and assisted her client in his purchase making the entire transaction very smooth and easy for not just us, the dealer, but more so for her client. If all loan officers were like Lori, the relationship between dealer and client would be much better in the future. With 30 years of experience I can tell you that Lori deserves some special recognition for her fine service and sunny disposition. I would definitely recommend PCPFCU and Lori to all of my customers.
