Regal Car Sales & Credit in Tulsa, OK

Was having problems with my other car, they repaired it once (a huge repair) & something else went wrong. Needed to be repaired again, but i honestly didn't have the time. Regal worked with my family & got us into something better & saved us a lot of money each month in the process

I had the vehicle not even a month and had issues they would not fix, I am a single mom and a disabled veteran, I tried to talk to them about making my payments around my va deposit, jerry from saber would not do it at all, 2. A month after having the vehicle engine light came on radio shorts out and brake light and skid light comes on, I spent 300, extra for first spark plug and coil because I have to have my car I can't wait over a week to get fix, so I am late on 1 payment because I had to pay to get the car fixed and then the freaking other cylinder is miss firing and I get paid Friday 3/10 and said I am not paying another payment on a car i have had since November if they can't fix it, paid 460$ payments and last night they came and picked up the vehicle, do not do busses with them or buy a car, specially how they treat me as a veteran and a single mother

I had bought a car from here and within 3 months of having it i had two coil packs go out on car. Called the office and was told it would be at least a week to get it fixed dropped it off and was fixed exactly one week later. I had to pay for parts but labor was waived shouldnt have had to pay for anything. 2 months later now and having the same issue again with coil pack going out called office and now they are saying its going to be two weeks before its even looked at. Will not give loaner car or help out at all. Manager said you can take it to a different place to have it fixed if we cant wait. So now i have no car no way to work or pick kids up from school and still having to pay note on it. This is complete bullshit and horrible customer service. All there cars are lemons and they do not want to take the responsibility to fix it. Who has two weeks to wait while car needs to be fixed? Not only that but what needs to be fixed literally takes 2 or 3 hours to fix. Do not buy car from here or you will be upset when it comes time to get car fixed and trust me it wont take long before something needs to be fixed.

They had what we wanted and Tracy & Richard should get reward for best customer service ever. They r extremely professional & never make me feel less than. Doing business with them for a few years and I realize how fair they r when we do what we're suppose to do.

I would never purchase a car from here again. I was under a pay arrangement when my car had broken down. I contacted Regal to utilize my warranty and see if they could tell the car to the shop. I gave them directions on where the car was located. They picked up the car and then contacted me and told me because they had to pick the car up it was going to be a repossession which would be a legal illegal repossession and then stated I had to pay the full balance due on the vehicle to get through vehicle return to me they never stated anything about repairing the vehicle or anything of that nature. I highly do not suggest anyone purchase from this car dealership at all they are common Crooks and due to an arbitration you will not get a fair hearing and a courtroom with a jury. So definitely look into other options before purchasing a car from this dealership.
