If I could give this dealership a zero star, I would. My father is a man in his 80's with alzheimers. My mother is about 80% deaf. They had a dead battery. They hate to ask for help and went to the dealership to have them change the battery. A sales man talked them out of replacing the battery and instead sent them home in a 22k new car at an insane interest rate with all the bells and whistles. They live on social security and a small pension. I mean it when I say the man who did this is the WORST kind of individual. I wonder if he would see the moral problem of this if it was his elderly parents that were taken advantage of. I doubt it. A man who could do this has no moral compass. When I found out we as a family called, visited etc.. but hey - a sale is a sale is a sale. Who cares about the consumer, just get the old man to sign the paper. Good job Fowler. Not only will I never frequent your establishment, I will tell EVERY PERSON I EVER MEET about what you did to an elderly couple. Maybe you can sign them up for vinyl siding and time shares when they come to you for help.

I have never looked forward to going to the dealership for anything. Then I went to Fowler Toyota and it was was unlike any experience I have ever had! There was absolutely no pressure to buy a car from our sales man, Bruce Abbott. We were literally there and done with everything and driving away in 2 brand new cars in less than an hour. I was astonished at that. The last car I had but, not Toyota, we were there for probably close to 4 hours. Fowler Toyota is an amazing place to buy a car and the only place I will ever go back to! The service department is also amazing! There is a associate out there helping us before we can even get out of the car. When I come in to get the oil changed and tires rotated we are never there more than about 15 minutes. I can't thank the guys at Fowler Toyota enough! That place is phenomenal and has made a customer for life!

We came in looking at 2016 used Tundra but decided to drive over to the New Tundra Area. We had a young man offer to show us some of the new trucks. I believe his ae was Sergio. When we decided to check on the price of the truck we test drove he brought us back to Bob Puckett salesman we already spoke with on a used Tundra. Bob was very helpful and went back and forth for us until a price was agreed to. We are now the proud owners of a 2017 5.7 V8 Tundra. We just love it. Thank you Bob and Sergio.

I have to say these guys are amazing people. I came in out of state to buy a 2013 jeep wrangler that was an amazing deal. I didn't have much credit history and a lot places turned me down. These got me approved with an amazing interest rate. They picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. Everything went smoothing and I'm super happy with my jeep. I'd recommend this place to everyone. I'll definitely buy a car from them again in the future. It was worth the 3 hr flight and 8 hr drive. Thanks Fowler Toyota, amazing business with awesome people!

Worst car buying experience EVER! I financed a 2014 Camry and little did I know they gave my information to 9 different banks and every bank checked my credit score. So that's 9 hard hits on my credit score and brought it down 20 points. More than my house! I would have financed at my bank but the dealership offered a better interest rate. Shortly after they tried to change my interest rate different than I agreed on. I had to go back multiple times to re-sign paperwork. Then they lost my paperwork to send to corporate and I had to keep calling to get my tag in time so there were no late fees added. It was still late. I cancelled my warranty and they told me it would take 30 days to cancel. After 30+ days it still hasn't been cancelled ($1800 worth). To make everything worse no one answers the phone in finance. I call different times of the day and no one answers or calls me back after leaving a message. My family and I have all bought cars here and we've never had this problem. I'm never going back and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from here.
