My husband and I found ourselves in a mess when our small business failed. Ron Brown and Elizabeth listened to our situation and put together a plan to help get us back on track. While walking through this very hard time it was comforting to know that Ron and his staff were looking out for us and giving us sound legal advice. If we ever had a questions they were always prompt in their response. There were a few times Ron even replied to emails at night or on the weekend. After visiting a few different lawyers with the problem of needing to file for bankruptcy (not mentioning any names), I asked my friend Rick who he went to, when he filed for bankruptcy, & he told me in just four words; "just call Ron Brown". After Rick gave me the number to Ron's office, I was still a little bit skeptical because ALL the bankruptcy lawyers I had seen before were the same (not showing ANY #empathy towards my situation, more than just cutting to the price they wanted to help me out with said situation). I then set up an appointment to see Mr Ron Brown, & had ALSO given up on the idea of filing for bankruptcy, just about, &started to plan the rest of my life having annoying creditors call my home_land-line phone OFF THE HOOK, receiving 3-4 letters from said creditors a day in the mail, etc. Once I went to Mr Brown's office(for the appointment), I was immediately greeted by someone (with a charming voice & smile on their face), telling me to sit in the (VERY) comfortable waiting area chairs. Less than five minutes went by, seated in said 'chairs', when I was then greeted by another person with a smile on her face(&a happy voice_tone to go with said "smile"), who called my name to follow her to the main office & meet with Mr Ron Brown. So far, I had already had an #exemplary amount of customer service, ABOVE and BEYOND any of the bankruptcy lawyers I had seen prior. Miss Elizabeth, the paralegal who greeted me, then asked me a few questions about my situation, while Mr Ron Brown came in, and sat down. Unlike the ladder, Ron was VERY sympathetic towards my situation, showing NOTHING but #empathy (while being VERY polite as well)! Having my mind ALREADY made up, that Mr Brown was the lawyer I was going to go thru my bankruptcy dilemma with(after only 10minutes of talking with him), it then went thru the normal procedures any other bankruptcy process would(but with MUCH MORE help #explaining the ageist of it all). I NOW have a NEW LIFE (being DEBT FREE),& would recommend Mr Ron Brown to my family, friends, & people I just met (on Facebook or somewhere else on the net) even, for ANY & ALL bankruptcy concerns. If Bankruptcy is your problem?, then Mr Ron Brown is your #solution!!!! :)
