Bank of Oklahoma Mortgage in Tulsa, OK

I love BOK as a bank, but don't get your mortgage with them. I, too, had the problem of never getting my phone calls answered or returned and never getting emails replied to. It was a pain. I used Jennifer Ashley, so I don't recommend going with her.

They make it impossible to get a hold of a customer service rep, you call the 800# then they tell you they can;t help you then they take you to another number and you are in a loop, ridiculous!!

I have one star only because they wouldn't allow me to give them zero. This bank is an absolute joke when it comes to mortgages. The customer service has no idea what they're talking about. This bank completely stole a whole months mortgage payment from me, even though I provided bank statements and documentation proving I had made the payment. I don't have tons of money so that one month put me behind for a while, which also in turn has ruined my credit score. Now they are telling me they didn't receive some insurance payments made and that my payment has increased almost $2000, which I have never received any notifications for. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again when I am finally able to withdraw from their services.

I've applied for two mortgages now through Brian Taylor, and he is excellent. I had zero problems with BOK, and I will continue to go there in the future for my mortgage needs!

I purchased my first home with BOK four years ago and had no problems with them. I have never had any issues during the four years of making payments. I worked with Karen Heston and she is awesome! She returns calls and emails very timely and is a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed working with Karen so much that I am using her again currently when purchasing another home. Karen is great. I highly recommend her.
