The staff is amazing, great attitude and they love to help when needed.

Horrible experience with manger Greg. I loved BOK in hometown Grove Oklahoma. They treated me like a human, rather than a number. Large corporations make me sick. I plan to pull my small amount of money I keep at this bank, and take it to another bank soon, where they treat me like a hardworking, trustworthy person. I really have zero tolerance for people like him that show zero respect for people that work hard for their money, and have a clear history of bogus check fees. Farwell BOK. I am sure you won't even notice. Sad what you have become.

I'm pretty sure the manager was watching pornography on his phone instead of helping customers. I've never seen anything like this before.

I went to set up a small business account and the young ladies were dumb founded and couldn't help me. They told me to wait till their manager was in... well I went to the location off henfer and rockwell located in crest foods at the time and they set me up no problem. Then I also wanted to co miningual my small business accounts with my savings and the young ladies told they were not sure if such thing was possible, and told me to wait a second as they get there manager and pointed to her in the back. I told them this is possible, as I've done it before and then they came back with well we have to help you tomorrow when our manager is in. They just had pointed her out to me..? Seriously what the hell.these ladies are either lazy or have their own issues but needless to say I went to the location off of memorial and Mac Arthur near star bucks and they handled my issue no problem. My co worker just went to nw expressway location off of rockwell and told me they were rude and made him feel almost as if they didn't want his business. Just insane that all these issues are occurring at this one location, avoid it, go to the one off of Mac Arthur and memorial, they are most professional and know what they are doing.
