University of Toledo Federal Credit Union in Toledo, OH

I had an account here due to being a recent graduate and deciding to keep my account open. I had previously intereacted at the UT campus personnel. But this office personnel, they are not friendly. They act like its so hard to speak when i came in. I thought about transferring my money into this credit Union but the last and final time i came it it took minutes for the front desk staff to even address. Sad

Switched their computer records provider. I called to ask for copies of my old statements, since I could not get them online. Refused to provide me with copies of my old statements unless I paid $1.00 per page. I have been working on my 2016 taxes, which is stressful enough as it is, and I have not had any issues with any other companies for getting copies of old records. UTFCU is the only company that wants to shake me down just to get copies of old statements. I'll take down this review when they change their policy. Also posted on Yelp!
