Worst company in the world. You sign papers on when your payment comes out and then they decide to rail road you. They make it your fault when they don't take the money out on time. Then turn your car off and demand money from you... They people there are rude and think they are better then you based on the fact they don't communicate. So when you do call in they want to know who told you what. So sick of this company...

I think most of the negative reviews here are from people who can't make their payments on time. Northcoast helped me when others wouldn't. I've had to call them a couple of times since taking out my loan, and Dana has always been more than friendly and helpful. Make your payments on time and be thankful they've been able to help you. I'm hopeful I won't need them for future loans, but wouldn't hesitate if I do.

I've been a customer for with this company for almost 3 years. The customer service is phenomenal. I am greeted as soon as I walk in. The Representatives are always willing to answer any questions. They help you figure out a great route to go when it comes to paying off your loan and they are very knowledgeable. I've had a bad experience and I am happy to be a customer of theirs.
