Advance Pay USA in Columbus, OH

I had a very bad experience with this location. First, I go to pay my loan off early and wasn't allowed to do that. Then they call me saying my loan was in default. Stay away from them.

I was at your Columbus location a few months ago on 2 separate times and I dealt with the same girl who was extremely rude. To the point of belittling. Upon my first visit I didn't have all of the documents needed. I needed 2 pay statements and I had only brought one. Even though you could clearly see that I had worked there the entire year she was rude and sent me on my way. I came back about a week later. She asked me if I had any other loans out and I said no. She called me a liar because one was showing up. It was an old loan that had been paid off a few weeks prior. She shoved my papers under the window, put her hand up and said you lied and I'm not talking to you anymore and walked away. I've since found that previous loans can take ~30 days before they're removed. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. Even if I should've been denied or didn't have all of the proper documentation, I shouldn't have been treated this way. I'm truly appalled that this girl is working in any sort of customer service position.
