He kept us informed along the way and was very knowledgeable about the features and was very helpful in setting our new car up for our personal preferences. If I could give less than one star I would. I took my son here tonight to buy his first car, he graduates from college next month. Usually when you go into a car dealership the staff are tripping over themselves to help you. Not the case here. No one said "boo" to us as we entered the lot or the showroom. We finally asked a man who was doing paper work if there was someone that could help us, and he said, "OH yeah, sorry, can I help you?" I told him my son, age 22 wanted to buy a car, he gave him an application, then disappeared. My son filled out the application and we waited for him to return. He finally returned after about 15 mintes and asked him what car he was interested in and brought around a Civic for him to test drive. My son and I test drove the car then we came back to the dealership. After about 15 minutes our salesman came back around and said you left off something on the application, so my son filled out the missing information. The salesman then left to help another customer. After 30 minutes of us waiting for our salesman to return, we had had enough and decided to leave. There were several other salesmen standing around, and not once did one of them step in to see if they could help us. We decided to turn in my son's application to one of the salesman at a nearby desk, because it had his ss# on it and we didn't just want to leave it there. We said we were leaving because the wait was too long, and they could just call us if he was approved. Of course my son was approved and they couldn't wait to call my son , not once but twice when we returned home to tell him he was approved at 1.9% interest rate. Too bad we won't be going back! I have never received such poor service at a car dealership in my life. I hated that my son's first car buying experience had to be this one. We will not be returning, I'm sure another car dealership will welcome our business and give us prompt courteous service. Also, I noticed on the reviews that the management only responds to positive reviews, so I will be surprised if I hear anything.

Matt Faulkner in the serviced department is FABULOUS!! He has taken care of acute problems for me several times. I had a flat...he said bring it in immediately and he would work me in. It couldn't be plugged so he put a new tire on...and I was on my way. He is smart, efficient, kind and unbelievably professional! I'm so glad he is there; he should be given a BIG raise and hope no one else takes him away from there. He should be doing training for others; he's certainly a role model!! Johnna at the service desk was wonderful; she looked for coupons I could apply to my service. She was very very friendly and helpful...and amazingly fast! She took care of customer after customer quickly and with a smile. Hurray for Honda Beechmont!!! Dr. Patricia Terry...happy customer!

The people at this dealer were great! They worked with me when I went back and forth to different dealers and in the end I came back to them because if there great customer service. They aren't pushy and don't force you into anything you don't want. They went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car!
