Eagle Loan in Cincinnati, OH

My Name is Gerald Blanchard and I bought a car from Auto Express no issues had the Car for 6 mos . I have a 2 year loan agreement and I never was late on my payments. I called Rob at EL because company lost my paycheck and I was going to be 10 days past my due date. Rob helped me with this. I have never had issues with either company...Both are excellent!! IF YOU NEED A CAR GO TO AUTO EXPRESS IN AMELIA- IF YOU NEED A LOAN THEN THIS PLACE WILL TRULY HELP YOU EVEN IF YOU GET INTO A BIND. I'VE BEEN WITH HEM FOR 6 MOS NO PROBLEMS VERY HAPPY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR MY LOAN NEEDS. Gerald Blanchard

I went to Eagle Loan back in June 2015 and was approved for $1500. The payments started in August and ran for 10 months. I currently have 3 months left. I have referred a few people to them and they are all happy with loan as well. The monthly payment is so reasonable it was shocking. Way better than going to get a payday loan and losing money every paycheck to still not pay it off. If your credit is decent, not great and make enough money to afford the loan then definitely go to them before a payday loan place.

Worst loan company I have ever dealt with! They tell you one thing but turn around & do opposite. They do NOT stand by their word. They do NOT work with you like they claim. My car just go re-poed yesterday bcuz I was TWO months behind on payments due to having to pay to have a transmission put in the car. TWO months! Oh & not even 2 full months! Only behind December & January!!!!! It's only January 13th!!! About $400 behind on a $2,000 loan I took out with Eagle. My car is a 2010 Nissan Altima so I can see this is a game for them to pocket more money. Jackie at the Eastgate location was NOT helpful, not friendly & extremely condescending when dealing with me. Kyle lied over the phone to get another payment out of me. No one at this branch was helpful or honest or nice!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Oh & be sure that when you call, no matter what, kiss butt!!! Don't get attitude or even look at them the wrong way!!!!! Apparently my car was taken for being behind my December & January payments (as of today, 1/13/17) & JACKIE called & copped an attitude so I got one back with her & she couldn't handle it. So basically my car was re-poed because I was 45-50 days late on my payments and I caught Jackie on a bad day. AND OF COURSE THEY DONT'T RECORD PHONE CONVERSATIONS!!!! That's how they get away with what they do!! No proof but your word against theirs. & they could not care less about you! RUN!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I recommend them to everyone I know I've had nothing but a wonderful experience with them affordable payments an easy to work with an its only commonsense if you don't make your payments you'll end up with bad credit I've not missed a payment since I've been with eagle an my credit has went up thanks to them !

I have had 2 loans with Eagle. I have always been treated well by all at the Eastgate office. They explain the process and go over all of the documents so you understand the process and what the re-payment schedule will be. I would recommed to check with Eagle before using any other online loans as the options Eagle offers are most likely better terms.
