Have been working with a "Loan Specialist" has changed our closing 3 times now. Still not done. We were promised the date twice and then the day of or the day before a closing was to happen, this guy finally, once through the realtor, let us know that it wasn't going to happen that day. He also admitted to having knowledge of the delay days before he decided to share this with us. Encouraging all friends, including several realtos to avoid this particular office.
