I just had the worst customer service of my life in the eastgate store. An employee , the only employee on duty at the time, dragged her feet so she didnt have to wait on everyone that was there. She yelled at my 70 yr old Mother because my mom got pissed, as did everyone else in the place when she let ppl go ahead of everyone to cash checks instead of taking them in order. all the customers were waiting over an hr for one person to get done. then she let ppl who werent getting loans go first so the ppl who wanted loans would leave. Now its almost 4pm on sat. 8/27/16 and she gets on the phone for a few then doesnt take anyone for 15 more mins. If the company reads this, Im going over who evers head I have to, to get this situation taken care of. If you dont like your job then dont do it. dont make your customers miserable because you want to leave.
