While their mission is commendable, NeighborWorks' location for holding a meeting is first rate. My group (RPCN) appreciates the customer service, accommodation and pleasant attitude of staff. We love having our meetings there! I love attending meetings there!

Started off okay. Lack of communication. Only got responses after I prodded a few times. They calculated my income wrong and disqualified me from a program that I otherwise STILL qualify for. Have not heard back.

Great local non-profit helping first time home buyers, as well as existing homeowners wanting to improve their home. If you live in Rochester, you should check them out. We used them to improve the energy efficiency of our home and couldn't be happier with the results.
