Evergreen Federal Credit Union in Rochester, NY

This is by far the worst credit union I've ever been a part of. During the past 10 years that I've been a customer they have done the following, repeatedly: 1. deposited money in the wrong account, causing me to overdraft. 2. deposited local checks as 'out of state', causing them to not be available for two weeks. 3. When my debit card was compromised and used for fraudulent purchases, they implied it was because I used it to make purchases at 'shady' establishments. This week they once again pulled the 'out of state' check trick, and now I can't do any Christmas shopping. I can't wait until I can switch all my billpay accounts and get away from them. I don't know how they stay in business.

This has been a great credit union for me. I have been a customer for 20 pluss years. They always have the best loan rates and will compete with other credit establishments to give you a lower rate.The people are always friendly and helpful, the only negitive is that I wish they had an office on6the west side of the city.
