Terrible customer service and very hostile employees. The branch manager and I were on a 3 way call with customer care. The branch manager was very clueless on how to handle customer escalations. Not once did he ever ask me what happened in the bank. There's not much you can you expect from your employees if your branch manager does not how to effectively deal with customer's.

Horrible bank don't Go i had a credit card with a different bank and keybank froze my account the next day because of a previous bank account i had and own money with a different bank. And they closed my account and the manager is a horrible person. DONT GO BEWARE Sometimes they can keep your money when things like this occurred

Terrible hours, lousy customer service. Still have not received bonus for singing up for an account over 8 months ago. Bankers give me the run around every time I call and do no reply to e-mails.

Awful bank. Their customer service is hardly existent. They never pick up the phone when you call and they completely messed up my account opening by "forgetting" to apply the checking bonus promo code to my account. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I went to Key Bank with a fairly complicated problem that my personal bank (in Queens), could not or would not help me with and subsequent tries to get a government check cashed @ other venues had not worked. My transaction with Key Bank was complicated by the fact that the a/c I'd had with them to handle my mother's estate had been closed for two years and in the meantime, that upstate bank had been taken over by Key Bank and there was no record in the Key Bank system of the account. George & his associate on the floor were very helpful, and since I had bank statements of the old a/c, and my paperwork was in order, he set up a new estate account and I was able to deposit the check. Although I did wait about 15 minutes to meet with George, I was so happy with the results that I considered this interaction to be one of total satisfaction.
