Customer service is unprofessional. Not a company that I recommend to work with, unless you're looking for the highest interest in Reno. Truly a rip-off. Make sure to read over everything and understand anything, before you even put a signature.

The staff here is great. I went from a loan application to having the motorcyle in my garage in less than 48 hours. Friendly, Fast and Professional. Will absolutely use for future loans.

Got a loan through them and all seemed to be going well, up until the point when I was about half way done paying off my car loan. Unfortunately I had to delay one of my payments. And only once for just a few weeks. And by no fault of my own either. I'm a combat veteran and I was waiting on government back pay so I could get caught back up on my payments. Such as my VA pension, and my unemployment checks. And also I was waiting on my GI bill chapter 33 as well. All three of my benefits were delayed. Things like that happen when you’re dealing with the government sometimes. So unfortunately I had to phone United Finance Corp and let them know that my payment was going to be delayed. But just for a few weeks. That's when things started going downhill!!! They said that they couldn't do anything for me. And pretty much at that point treated me like a disease. Both over the phone and then in person. I let them know what was going on and I could provide proof of course. So I asked if they had a deferment plan??? I think the guy actually laughed or didn't understand my request as there was a definite pause on the phone. They basically just went right into threating me by saying that they were going to repossess the car or else. Pretty much tried to guilt or scare me into making an immediate payment even though they knew I couldn't. They said that no matter what the situation was, they were going to repossess and that was the end of the story. I argued back with some logic. And then they stated that they could offer me a waiver on the late fees. And just make sure I came in before the end of the month and make a payment. I think it’s like $25 bucks for a late fee or something like that. So I accepted over the phone and then went in on a Friday to get my payment taken care of. They wanted two months worth of payments with late fees. I was like what??? I said no I am going to just make one payment and I spoke with "Ian" over the phone and he stated he would waive the late fees. Oh boy, did that not go over well with the manager that was there. The "Boss lady" sitting all pompous behind her desk in the back right, started to give me real guff about it. She was saying that there was no "notes" on the account regarding that and pretty much just carefully called me a "liar!" I was like whatever that's fine then. I will come back in next week and make my payment then. Because I was getting so upset that I need to just leave and come back later. I was starting to get so pissed at her poor level of customer service!!! I just walked out of there. Just another lemming that wants to pat herself on the back by “sticking it” to the customers. She wanted to play hard ball about some $25 bucks rather than just take the damn payment to help a good customer. I knew the guy’s name "Ian" so how could I of made that up??? So now it’s my fault that their agents don't take better documentation and journal notes after talking with customers? Honestly I think they are a bit predatory down there with "late fees" and "repossessing". I didn't understand her bad attitude about everything. She wasn't asking any "good questions" or trying to discern what's going on with my account? And I was a good customer too! Never been late before this. That was the first time I had missed a payment and I had never given them any reason before to be jerks to me. But that's fine. I hope their $25 dollar late fee was worth an honest review online. Have a good one "Boss lady!" Whoever you are. So you don't have time to deal with me as a customer? That's fine I don't have time to deal with your company! Fair enough then?
