I have both sold to and purchased things from Palace in the past, but this review is more about the people working here. The other day I had some camera gear stolen from my car, and after filing a police report I called Palace Jewelery and Loan because they were the closest pawn shop to where my stuff was stolen. Justin was the guy I talked to, and he was immediately very sympathetic, and took a list of all my gear and told me that he would look out for it and also notify their other location to be on lookout. Well, I got lucky and the thief went right to Palace, and Justin himself called me back to let me know he had my gear sitting on his desk and had called the cops. A short while later I was there retrieving my gear and I was even in time to look the thief in the eye as he was getting hauled off. A huge thanks to Justin for going out of his way to take my info down and for recognizing it when he saw it. I know this is part of his job, but to me he went above and beyond, and thanks to him I have my livelihood back in my hands! Thank you Justin, and thank you to Palace Jewelery and Loan!
