Service, Low to no fees for mainteneance, overdrawn, friendly staff/ great managers, just a great team. I'm still speechless. I have truly found my credit union that treats me like family. Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic!

I wrote a very heated review earlier and I wanted to take it back and express my satisfaction with this branch. I joined this credit union after becoming exhausted with the corporate, cold feeling of big banking. I'm usually really good about managing my accounts, but I recently slipped up and incurred some pretty hefty fees. I reached out to the branch for help, and I initially didn't get the results I had hoped for when speaking with the manager. I left the conversation frustrated and out of options. The branch manager later contacted me and told me that she was able to fix my account for me. She had mentioned details that I had told her about, regarding my current financial and family complications, and told me she had pulled some strings and gotten everything corrected. It was kind of amazing to see someone in a power of position care about me at a local level. Definitely never experienced that at my prior bank. Gncu has definitely made a loyal (and much more careful) customer out of me. I'm glad I chose to go with a credit union.

I've always banked at credit unions and have never had this much trouble before. It has been mistake after mistake with almost no communication. I've been waiting for over a month for chip cards and my checks, and it comes to find out after calling again, they never sent them. So now I have to wait even longer. Very nice tellers at the actual branch, but the behind the scenes workers leave much to be desired. Here's hoping I get my items this time around.
