There are a very rude lady I go to do my loan payments there and it look s like I go to ask for something free. Bad service they need people nice for costumer service

This company has by far the worst customer service, I have ever experienced in my life. I have been in contact with them twice for otherwise simple requests (needing a copy of a statement) - and both times have dealt with a very rude employee, "Christie Eurton". Your customer service employee is who represents your company, with someone like this answering calls you are giving your business a very bad reputation and making your clients want to avoid calling and even pushing them to switch companies! It's really been a nightmare to deal with your company due to this employee and I believe their needs to be some deep rooted changes/evaluations made to your customer service policy.

Very poor customer service and rude staff, would not recommend it to anyone.

Please use another loan company! Customer service is the WORST. I had to choose one star just to post. Maybe these women are this way so you pay of your loan faster. There is one kind girl who works there who wants to be helpful but the other lady treat you like you pan-handed for a loan.
