This store is cheap they don't help none they supposed to help you out when in need an every time you go in there they offering way less than what your item is worth..I would never come back there an customer service is horrible it's a pawn shop so offering someone 10 dollars for something that cost over 500 is not right anyone go her YALL just settling for less

Store is unwilling to help anybody thats looking to buy items. Came in multiple times to try and buy some games, was told all 3 times to wait 1 moment while they bring the selection out. Then proceeded to make me wait 45 minutes and began doing other things. Ultimately never briging out items in question . Refuses to answer any questions and does not answer their listed number. Refuses to allow complaints to manager to rectify their terrible customer service. Will be informing channel 8 about pawn shop store conduct.

I would rate a zero if it were an option. My mother in law collects watches. Her and my wife went to sell several today and were accused of stealing them. Many were in original packaging and never even worn, some were not. They were then told that the police were going to be notified and that they were going to keep the watches until they arrived. They eventually "let them go" as they "didn't want any problems ". It's beyond unacceptable to speak or treat people this way. We're respectable members of our community and certainly aren't thieves although Super Pawn treats potential customers otherwise if they merely decide they dont want some of their watches any more. My wife was in tears when she told me this. Please people, there are many pawn shops in the Vegas/Henderson area that do treat their customers with dignity and respect. Do not give these folks your business, they don't deserve it.

This is old school pawn where they are willing to work with you on ext. Loan payments and give fair amount and prices.

Everyone that works there have always been very kind, patient, helpful even if they're very busy. For people that complain about the wait: Be understanding that there's a process to pawning something. A lot of "red tape" is involved but be glad for that, it's what protects your possessions from theft. I've used this store when I was in a bind and I've also purchased items there at a really great deal! When I need something, rather than go to a store and pay full price, I check the shop to see if they have it and usually they do, at less than half the cost of a brand new purchase.
