I had the pleasure of setting up an account with Azariah Southworth this morning. His customer service skills were exceptional. He went above and beyond to get me set up. He helped me with direct deposit information, gave me tips to set up the smartphone application, called their tech support to get me all set up online. He was nothing short of brilliant. Guess I'll still be going to Nellis branch. This one is closer but the cs completely fails. Not worth the 15 mins in driving you save if they treat you like dirt.

*****DO NOT BANK HERE, USE ANOTHER CREDIT UNION**** Not happy at all with this credit union. They lack the perks of being a member and they seem to be fee based which is normally with "banks" and not credit unions. I also applied to refinance my auto loan that I've had great payment history on for 23 months! But I was denied, due to something unrelated on my credit but they lacked the decency to tell me exactly what prevented me of the approval. I will be closing my account and going with another credit union that doesn't give me a "bank" like experience. Btw my husband is active duty Airforce and I had high expectations for this credit union. I'm highly disappointed! And after speaking with the branch manager to convey my dissatisfaction he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in attempt to retain my membership.
