HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I would not even give them 1 star. This was the worst experience. My loan was not even started until 11 days after I came to the office, knowing I wanted to close within a month of first meeting the company. My closing date was changed 7 times. I told the brokers when I needed to close since I was renting and had to be out by a certain time. They did not meet the time and did very little to make it happen quickly. They blamed escrow, lenders and me for not getting their paperwork completed on time. I gave them all the paperwork they asked for on the day or next day they asked. They lied over and over about the reasons for delays, I even called escrow and the lender and they said they do not have the paperwork because the broker had not completed it. I would NEVER recommend or go to these people again. They did not care that I was homeless for 10 days while they figured out what they were supposed to do. I gave them my budget at the very beginning and they went over it by $4000. They do not cover closing costs, they just roll it up in the loan LIKE EVERY OTHER LENDER. There is NOTHING good about this company.
