Worse company ever, this people are the worse. I have the worse customer service in this account, once things get back they just take the day off and leave you with the problem. This people do not deserve to be in business. E Capital has made nothing but ruining my company. The never send the invoices to the client, to make sure there company makes more money of you. If you are not calling them everyday making notes with your executive and pulling their ear this people will not NOTHING, basically just send them a check for not doing anything.

Stay away from these guys! Very unprofessional and they do NOT put the customer first! Stay away!!!! Read all the reviews, this company shouldn't even exist.

I am so disappointed with the service I received and continue to receive even after I canceled my contract with them. Yes, they contracted me unknowingly. I went over to another factoring company that is so much more efficient and affordable. They have the BEST customer service and work effectively. I have been out of contract,and with my new factoring company, for six (6) months and inadvertently a broker sent a payment to ECapital and they charged my factoring company $40 to remit our payment. Thankfully I have a GREAT factoring company OTR Capital and they took good care of me and didn't pass on the fee to me.....
